What is the local range, and how does Wi-Fi improve coverage?

Local monitoring is ready out of the box with a local connection up to 1000 ft. Connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for wider coverage and more stable performance; the Babysense app adds viewing and alerts. Not compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi.

What’s included, and can I watch two rooms or babies at the same time?

Babysense TOUCH includes 2 cameras and split-screen viewing, so you can monitor two rooms or kids at once on the parent unit or app. Smart Scan Mode can automatically switch audio between cameras. The system can pair with up to 4 cameras total.

What video features do the cameras include?

Each camera uses a dual-lens (4MP wide-angle + 4MP telephoto) with dual CMOS sensors and up to 6X lossless hybrid zoom. It also includes a night light, AI Auto Tracking, Focus Area, pan/tilt control, and IR night vision for day and night viewing.

Can I talk to my baby and get alerts for crying and room conditions?

Yes. Babysense TOUCH supports two-way talk so you can listen and speak through the parent unit and the Babysense app. It also includes a VOX sound-activated display, cry detection alerts, plus room temperature and humidity readings and alerts.

LOCAL & REMOTE MONITORING: Use the 7″ IPS touchscreen monitor at home without the app (LOCAL Mode: Monitor only), or add the free Babysense App (available in USA only) for on-the-go monitoring from anywhere (DUAL Mode: Monitor + App). Both modes operate over 2.4GHz WiFi network (Not compatible with 5GHz WiFi) – no fees or subscriptions.
